This notice explains what happens to information when you visit the Investor Estate website, search for properties, or prepare an appointment request. The website is currently an informational site: it does not have a property account, payment checkout, enquiry database, or automatic appointment booking system.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

“Investor Estate” is the name used for this website and real estate consultancy. For a privacy question or request about information you sent to us, call or WhatsApp +91 87505 00980. The website materials currently available do not state the operator’s full legal name, postal business address, or a privacy email address; those details should be published when confirmed by the business.

2. Information you choose to provide

The appointment form can ask for your name, mobile number, optional email address, property interest, preferred location, preferred meeting format, requested date and time (India Standard Time), and optional notes. The form also creates a short reference code on your device. Do not put sensitive personal information, identity documents, financial account details, or information about another person in the notes.

Property searches use the type, location, budget, search words and sort order you select. These selections appear as query parameters in the page address and filter the catalogue in your browser. Property detail links also include a project identifier in the address. Your browser may keep these addresses in its history, and the website host may receive them as part of a page request. The catalogue does not create a saved search or a user account.

Where a project brochure is available, you can open or download the PDF without entering contact details. Your browser and the website host process the file request; any downloaded copy remains on your device. Property enquiry links open WhatsApp with the project name and location in a draft message. The website does not send it automatically: you must review it and tap Send in WhatsApp. A map link, if available, opens an external map provider; no map is embedded in the property page.

3. What happens when you request an appointment

  1. When you fill in the form, its values are handled in the page in your browser. The current website code does not send them to an Investor Estate server or save them in a website database.
  2. You can review the request and optionally download a PDF copy. The PDF is generated in your browser; the website does not receive or store that file. You decide where to save it.
  3. If you choose “Open WhatsApp”, the details are placed into a prefilled WhatsApp message addressed to +91 87505 00980. Opening the link does not send the message. You must review it and tap Send in WhatsApp. If you send it, WhatsApp and Investor Estate can receive the message and the personal details in it.

The WhatsApp link includes the prefilled message in its web address so WhatsApp can open it with your details. Your browser and WhatsApp may process that address, and it may remain in browser history. Use a device you trust, review the message before sending, and remove any details you do not want to share. A preferred date or time is only a request, not a confirmed appointment. Investor Estate must reply separately to confirm availability. If you close or reload the page before sharing your request, the form does not provide a saved draft.

4. How information is used and shared

Information you send to Investor Estate may be used to respond to your enquiry, discuss relevant property options, arrange or follow up on a consultation, and keep the related conversation. We do not claim that a request is automatically sent to a CRM or booking system; no such connection is present in the current site code.

When you use WhatsApp, Meta/WhatsApp processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Investor Estate receives what you choose to send and may handle it in its WhatsApp business account or the devices used to answer you. Calls, messages, and social media links are also handled by their respective providers. Their policies and retention practices apply to those services.

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests to Google to retrieve those fonts, which can disclose technical request information such as your IP address to Google. The site also links to external social networks. We do not currently use an analytics script, advertising pixel, or website cookie in the site code reviewed for this notice. The hosting provider may process technical request and security logs to operate the site; the host’s exact log fields and retention period are not specified in the website files.

5. Retention and security

Information kept only in the appointment page remains in that page until you leave or reload it. A PDF you download is under your control. If you send details by WhatsApp or provide them by phone, Investor Estate may retain the conversation for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, and meet applicable legal requirements. The business has not supplied a fixed retention period, so this notice does not promise a specific deletion date.

Please avoid sending information you do not want handled through WhatsApp. No website can promise absolute security for information sent over the internet or stored by another service.

6. Your choices and requests

You can choose not to fill in the form, leave the email and notes blank, edit the request before opening WhatsApp, or simply close the page. You can contact us at the number above to ask about information you sent, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. If the information is in a WhatsApp conversation, we may need enough details to identify that conversation. You can also use the controls provided by WhatsApp or Google for their services.

7. Children and external websites

This website is intended for people seeking real estate information and is not designed to collect children’s personal information. External websites and services linked from this site have their own privacy notices; review those notices before sharing information with them.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website or the way enquiries are handled changes. The “Last updated” date above shows when this page was last revised. If the site adds a server-side form, analytics, cookies, advertising, or another data collection tool, this notice must be updated to describe it before that feature is used.
